Transfer of data to third countries
Data will only be transferred to third counties within the framework of the
fulfilment of the contract, for purposes of necessary communication and for
other exceptions expressly provided for by the BDSG. Otherwise, data is not
being transferred to third countries; such transfer is not planned either.
Normal time-limit for the deletion of data
The legislator has provided for numerous obligations and time limits for storage.
After expiry of the various statutory obligations of storage, the corresponding
data will be routinely deleted, in as far as the data are no longer necessary
for the fulfilment of the contract. In as far as this does not apply to certain
data, such data will be deleted once the purposes stipulated in No. 4 no longer
exist.
